*Originally, Ottawa County’s Central Church, Opera House, School Center, Music–Theater Hall, and the Town Meeting Center, 1870 — An Historic Town Hall Structure at the Gateway of West Michigan's Grand River Valley.  Founding architect, Chauncey Blakeslee, built what has been known as the Armory originally, as the builder and developer as well of the Grand Haven Grand Theater, Presbyterian Church, and Spring Lake Country Club.  Blakeslee also organized the Spring Lake Yacht Club and coordinated various other area clubs and business ventures central to the growth of Grand Haven City  — Ottawa County Seat, and, so, Ottawa County.
